i'm belgian(living in Mons) and this is a version in a dialect called "montois" (kind of old french). he says that at 0.35

It's almost endearing how many people think this is Spanish, Italian or even Walloon. It's French. You could just look up Georges Brassens on Wikipedia, but I guess you prefer to make up your own theories.

It's not French, spanish or italian. It's a kind of cover version sung in "Picard" or "ch'ti mi", a roman language, derived from latin and close to french, spoken by old people in the North of France and Belgium (Wallonie).
