actually this movie was based on a graphic novel also called 300the directors of the movie even said solook it up on wiki if you dont believe me

No it was based on a graphic novel: look up 300_(comics) on wikipedia. Scenes and lines in the movie are taken directly from this comic, even some perspective shots were made to look like panels from the comic. The comic wasn't made to be historically accurate. Thus in the movie its depicted as being told through the eyes of one of their propaganda people, not as a historical account.

Wrong again, This movie was based on the book Gates of Fire. But the baseline of this story was historically correct. |
