llavoe,The lady says look how fat they are! You think resturaunts leave food laying out? The trash is even taken out a couple times a day. They would find more food in the dumpster. They were cited once before for rats. AND WERE TAKEN CARE OF. And then BOOM more FULL GROWN RATS? What happened to the life cycle.I'm willing to bet there is a private fast food resturaunt near by that would love for them to go away.
