Yeah your right about the fact that Metallica started thrash. I knew that shit already. No shit dave was in Metallica in 1981-82. Where did i say that Thrash was started by another band? I never said that. I first started listening to Megadeth and Metallica in early 90's since i was born in 1986! Everything in your comment is a no brainer for a metal head.

but dave wasnt part of master of puppets and that was great thrash albumthu we cant deny that metallica went downhill after that album, i mean justice for all, load and reload were good albums, but its still way much worse then their previous albums.

wrong. 80's thrash was STARTED by metallica, aka dave mustaine.once metallica turned gay, it was megadeth and pantera who kept metal alive during the grunge era of the 90's. you're just getting into megadeth, well you've got a lot of learning to do....much credit goes to metallica, the metallica that dave mustaine was a part of.

We all have opinons and everyone is entitled to one. I think that Metallica is a better band. They have been around longer that Megadeth, but that doesn't mean much. Megadeth is a really good band. I am just getting into Megadeth. I have known about them since early 90's though. 90's rock and metal was really good. 80's metal and thrash is owned by Metallica!
