Jeffery Parsons is likely not privy to much of the bid and contract info needing scrutiny. All they are doing is dodging and ducking for cover. This is the result of an over inflated, over financed military complex... This is so shameful. Our soldiers are in harms way and unsafe WHEREVER THEY ARE. How much relief and safety do they feel when they can actually take a shower after what they have to deal with all day and night long? Only to die by electrocution in that one place. Tragic!
