Gundam Rise from the Ashes (Dreamcast) - Premium Disc

This was a very limited release bonus disc for the excellent Dreamcast Gundam game, Rise from the Ashes. The disc is very similar to the MS Simulator on the Saturn Blue Destiny games, in that you square off against Amuro in the RX-78-2. In all fairness this video doesn't really show the game off that well, mainly because the main game doesn't levels this big and using melee combat on any of the White Base pilots results in near death.

oh! i almost forgot. you need to have the original japanese version of this game in order to play this because it only works with a japanese game save.

The dreamcast should have been relesed at the time of PS2 GCN and Xbox

but if you look at the end of the vid the players unit looks like some sort of GM, plus the machine gun s/he has looks like the NF*GMG-Type.37/100mm machine gun that an rx-79 uses, although this gun seems to fire a lot slower than the rx-79's

the unit that the player was fighting against was a Guntank (which belongs to the EFSF), so that means the player is playing as ZEON, but it seems like an MS-05 Zaku I or MS-06 Zaku II

which unit are using, the rx-79 by any chance?
