I've seen deers rip the shit out of cars and for him to only have minor damage on his bike and not flip, he's either very lucky or this is fake. At the end they do write no animals were injured during filming so I'm not sure.

....not so sure that there was anything going on here that would have to be defended in court. It's legal to accidentally hit and kill a deer if it's standing in the middle of the road. I can't tell for sure, but they don't appear to be speeding either.
