nice i have the 2nd generation 2.2Ghz white macbook :P got it beggining of this year Im trying to dual boot mac osx leopard and Linux Mint Lol

No, if you want to install any other OS (Microsoft's Win XP, Vista, or any Linux Distro...) with bootcamp, you must have a copy of these on a bootable CD or DVD.

Yes, Bootcamp is already installed by default application since Mac OSX 10.5 (Leopard). Bye!
