I used to love this film for the sheer fun of watching it. Now, as well as that, I'm amazed something as complicated as the Johnny 5 robot was built and operated, with its like nine million channels, motors and stuff. Not to mention potential interference with the camera and filming equipment. I'd like to see out takes with 5 going completely mental.

does anyone know the name of that movie about miniature flying saucers or dishes or something-- they talked, had a personality, and everything? it was a hit movie from the era of this one. |
