I don't understand how any reasonably educated individual could not find the horrendous acts by the Chinese government murdering student protestor's as a justifiable act. The difference between China and the US is that when Americans make mistakes at least we admit them, and we discuss them in public (segregation, Iraq War, Vietnam War, etc) The same kind of mistakes are simply covered up in China, and people are taught to that to question authority is some how un-patriotic... its truly sad.

that was one good example of mob power and nerd rage. it was a mess. Nothing looked good in that.but you can live in your romantic world and convince yourself that the whole thing is about peaceful protesters get mowed down by machine guns.

Well the students can only blame themselves for the massacre. What would the US have done? Both sides caused death and violence, and the shooting was a last resort after tear gas. Besides, the PLA was granting their wish to die, just not through hunger.
