This movie had a huge effect on my life.I saw this movie as a child when it first came out at a drive in. And I thought to myself I want to be just like that when I grow up.Long hair, badass clothes, cool pimp ride and 2 women 1 black 1 white; it's the American dream, well ain't it you better come on in!!!!!!!

In the movie he mentions wanting to settle down and own a business after his last score...Only reason he snorts so much in the movie is due to the times they lived in, if it was modern day he´d be popping mad pills or smoking alot of weed in the movie

I guess the first Shaft-movie is also ok, but in my opinion Superfly is the only Blaxploitation film I can think of that has really aged well. Don't get me wrong, there are a bunch of other good ones too, but this one stands out as far as I'm concerned.
