I use to love this piece until I realised that the composers ripped it off from Puccini's Butterfly. So much for artistic intrigity when a fast buck is to be made using someone else's music!

Colm is the best Valjean ever!!I just saw Les Mis in London and I was given a fantastic, memerable performance from the outstanding cast. However the Valjean who I saw was v. good but I didn't get to see who he was so if anyone knows who the current Valjean is in London, that would be a big favour! Thanks very much!!!

The only person that can give colm a run for his money on this song is JOJ. They are both awsome but i think JOJ has the edge! sorry to colm fans. I am a huge fan too but JOJ just has something im not sure what tho lol.

I heard this for the first time today it was palyed at my friends dads funeral, there wasnt a dry eye in the place....beautiful.

Amazing. Colm is the idealistic face of Jean Valjean. I'm playing the same part in April and I hope to God I can give such a good performance. Those high notes are a challege!
