God's requirements are written on our hearts, & I know u break many of these laws,for we all do;but that is the reason why you will be judged by God's laws, because u have an instinctive capacity to know right from wrong that God has gifted u with, & God will judge u by it. There is no difference between religious people & irreligious people, both are lawbreakers, both are going to be judged by the same standard, both are going to suffer the same penalty. But John 3:16!

Your last line is Pascal's Wager.So, are you sure that in chosing Yahweh you have selected the right god? What if Allah is the real god, and Christians are doomed? What if Thor is the real god, and only Scandinavians will see Valhalla? Maybe "God" values critical thinking, or good deeds, more than faith?Maybe you'd better buy a few more little statues and candles if you only worship Yahweh because you are a gambler, and think he's a 'good bet'.

What I'm saying is if you have someone powerful enough with enough influence and a set of wrong beliefs, he could influence an entire nation. Although I have not seen direct action from this video, who's to say someone didn't watch it, develop the video producer's mentality and start preaching the same beliefs? There are many people who don't stand for something therefore they're willing to fall for anything or any idea. It's quite sad. I would rather take a chance on God than Hell.

I know where you are coming from but I dont know of any one individual that brought down an empire. Yes, it can spread but if everyone thinks otherwise, it wont get anywhere. Example is this video, it is over 2 years old yet no radical riots or ogranizations formed because of it. This video will remain to be an unusual video.

I couldnt' have said it better myself. The words, the pictures, the descriptions...the way he delivered it...all rediculous. It honestly appeared as though he just sketched it on paper and made up crap as he was going along.

I agree. There are many other organizations that terroize, but it also takes only ONE individual to bring down an empire...ONE individual to persuade ONE more individual towards his/her beliefs. And so the pyramid builds.

A bit factually dodgy: the pigs in the story about Jesus exorcising the Gerasene demoniac (Mark 5:1-20)were not in Jewish territory: they were in gentile territory: the point of the story is that Jesus is going out into the devil's domainoutside of Israel to claim that territory for the kingdom of God. Point is: I respect athiests (more than thiests): but if you want to win arguments, make sure you're arguing from correct facts and careful readings of textual sources.

If you attack him about disrespect, you have to the same to your radical brothers and sisters. He is one man on Youtube; Aryan Nations, KKK, Army of God and Christian Patriots are legions of radicals who harrass and terrorize innocent people every year. They brainwash children with insane ideas. |
