after he passed away,another comedian took over,can anyone recall the name of the comedian,i can remember his first name as "steve" but cant remember his last name,he is as hilirious as benny hill

Back when comedy was comedy...stuff like this and Fawlty Towers wouldn't make it past the censorship boards these days, which is a shame.days. Poor Jackie Wright...how many slaps on the head did he cop from Benny over the years?

i used to watch that as a kid. the words sexism or political correctnes didn´t exist these times (at least for us kids). watching benny hill today doesn´t make any difference for me. it´s still funny and the humor has a kind of "innocence".
