When you keep the Ctrl key pressed down you can select different areas with the mouse, and whatever you select will remain selected until you release the Ctrl key.

If you do what I do I do...you really need this! I happen to sit a couple of dozen people for conferences...and they are so anal! They want the same spot EVERYTIME! well, they are VIP's and they each have a seating name place..let me tell u..If I happen to be sick, all the admin assistants scramble to place their names right! and this assholes get pissy...so guess ?... I used this and there is no more anal pain form those assholes! so it is very helpful!

Well, you could use it to do a diagram of your house -- or you could make a map -- or you could do a layout of your living room furniture -- or you could make a flow chart. It's just a technique to make graphical representations inside Excel. |
