i agree with impdream70 and paese80 i like both versions, but i like lennon's better because he made it sound more like rock and ferry made it sound a little like techno. I am a HUGE beatles fan but i don't over obsess about them. and leets197, i think that lennon is a much cooler guy, he was so inspirational and original while ferry just sounds like any other 80's pop singer

I like both versions folks -been a Beatles fan all my life, but I don't think treating alot of their songs like holy scripture was something even the Fab four would have wanted, in fact obsessive fans are the bane of their existance -please don't send nasty messages -I'll just block them. and put em in the trash.
