There are several on the market, northwoodsfroggy. Robin uses pettinice white rolled fondant, made by bakels. You could try making some. PirateFan308 posted a recipe in this comment thread some ways back. I haven't tried it. Has anyone else?

Robin dabs a little water on the back of each before attaching it to the fondant on the cake. The tubes (the ones that hold up the top layers) are from a floral supply. You can use other straws, just make sure they are not too flimsy. Does that answer your questions? |
