He used double basspedal on a track of the Dance of Death-record called face in the sand, and on the tour of that album he also had double basspedals for Wildest Dreams, but he only used one at a time, if you listen to the end of the song it is quite fast pedaling for a long time, so halfway trough the "fast section" he just switched from right to left foot, Nicko once said that double basspedal is "undrummerish". But he didn´t use double bass on this one, he sure as hell is fast!

Does anyone know if Nicko uses a double bass pedal at all??? It sure sounds like it, especially on this song!!! Adrian sure makes an awesome intro on this one!
