The tune is sometimes called Thaxted. It was used to set the poem "I vow to thee my country" by Cecil Spring-Rice to music. As a hymn I remember it being played at Princess Diana's funeral and it was years before I ever learned the whole story because the internet wasn't as popular back then.

Same here. I heard this part of the song off a band called Bathory.. The musician put some beautiful lyrics. in the credits on the album it mentioned this highlight. Its amazing. I feel inspired by it. Thank you Holst... Thank you Bathory. :D
