For more than 15 years Dr. Chuck Frost, MTSU professor of Social Work, has regularly visited the Philippines. Throughout that time he has painfully noticed street children who are in desperate need. As he delved into the problem he found out that millions of children are living on the streets throughout the world.

I must agree. But we should do our part and help them out as much as possible. The government is doing very little effort to improve the economy of the Philippines. Many kababayans believe that there is nothing left for them here but in abroad.

Philippines poverty will never disappear because it's government are lazy, corrupt idiots who pray too much and do nothing to combat the problem. It's a tough life for these people especially little children who cannot ever get a chance to live a normal, childhood. The rich filipino will get richer and the poor will get poorer. Solution? Free education for all and 1 free meal at least to give them a leg up. Knowledge and a chance to make their future. It can be done. C'mon Gloria!!

This is Cebu ? Look familiar. I've been to Cebu before and visited Share A Child Movement, a NGO. Very good effort from them.

X2After my first visit there it changed how I feel about what I have and what I actually need. I will forever be happy with just food and a job now. And I will help when I can.
