I saw the movie SPrtacus with Kirk Douglas.IT was cool movie.Read his book call the RAGMAN'S SON I READ IT AND THERE ARE SO MUCH THAT WE ALL DONT KNOW ABOUT HIM. WORTH TO READ AND UNDERSTANDING ABOUT HIS LIFE.

I am a great fan of Kirk Douglas and in my opinion he was robbed of a well deserved Oscar for his great performance in "Lust for Life" I am also a fan of Tony Quinn, but I am baffled as to why he won an award while Kirk was ignored! In anycase thats all long ago now so what prompted me to post a comment was after reading Kirks latest and last book, 90 years of living, loving and learning. I found this book very touching, to sense the manner in which a man of Kirks age views life was fascinating.
