Wow...thanks so much! I am eager to try making my own hoop...I just want one for me so I can learn the how'to of hooping. I am 51 and never too old to learn such a fantastic craft and means of exercise..you are the bomb!!!

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR "HOW TO" INSTRUCTIONS!!! After snafu-ing my first-timer hula hoops with wrinkly duct tape, you've shown me how it's done best. Just finished my first New-Orleans-colored hoop (purple green and gold) for a friend's birthday present. She loved it!
