i never said they sold out i said they sell out arenas, and that just proves hes an idiot drinking and taking pills just to please his fans? what kind of message does that send out to the fans, seeing that most of them are under the age of 15 you might as well go up to kids and hand drugs to them.

how did they sell out there 3rd record sounds just like there 2nd record just in a more grandiouse style....and these bands while good lacked the teath or the care to be big....texas is the reason broke up over major label signage.....my chem did not just waltz into music the lead singer almost didnt make it to the third record as he did pills and was an acolholic and did these things to try and give his fans a better show as he felt he needed to do those things to be the him every one wanted

I really don't think its deserved to me they are just another boy band that sell out at arenas, thats all they are just another overrated pop band. It scares me that these are the type of bands that are going to be remembered from these times, and the ones that are acctually good and do deserve to play arenas will be forgotten by the majority.

he said that he looks up to queen and trys to give a live show of that magnatude every time he plays....and queen isnt imaculate amazing to be sure but the drums to we will rock you and the bass to under pressure is catchy but easy to learn and play....and again they played a sold out arena of a quarter of a million in mexico city and played madison square garden its hard to not belive you arnt one of the biger bands right now when you do stuff like that..if it is deserved is debateable to some.

i didn't mind when they were a small band who had a track or two on the tony hawks pro skater games or whatever but now they have gotten big they have gotten arrogant comparing themselves to Queen and saying they are better than bands that they arnt even close to being as good on a lyrical or musical basis.

guitar freak needs to listen to some non-radio-single death cab; if you like IWFYITD than the rest of the songs on Narrow Stairs besides Possess Your Heart should be pretty appealing, and even that song has a sweet 4 minute intro before the words even start that's worth a listen.
