it is profitable because the trees they cut are worth around 1,000 a piece, so three trees could be making around 3000$ mabey more depending on the quality and length of wood.

they do it to cut down on environmental damage. and btw it cost a lot less to fly the helos up there than it does to cut through the forest and make roads thru the mountains for trucks. lol |
