Recycling = $ saved- that could go to commmunity improvments, like a new school or community gardening, or park equipment. If people would work together they could help their town be more attractive and keep taxes to a minimum++! ;-)

Now we have 4 sets off lorries picking up brown green and black bins all week instead of one, more carbon into the air and more council jobs that our taxes and council tax pays. My poll tax should cover the council seperating the rubbish themselves.
