if u have apartment life u can do it. well what i did was go to woodland park in pleasent view and stayed till night i needed rest but i owned the lot then i went to the front and the good witch was there then i started talking to her,then i saw the bad witch show up but i wanted to be good so i kept talking till i could ask her ''teach me the ways of light'' wich is for the good witches i dont nknow the bad one though but out of charaters so look for my new movie sims 2 witches

u have to be friend a witch ( good bad, neutral) and when you get to a certain status with them theyll give u a culdron( spell check) and then you practice your spells and the more you practice it then youll become a witch. but you have to learn all of those spells when your a witch sooo yea.
