Yes, about 70% of Americans are cut. Why? Ignorance. It isn't mentioned in American health classes at school because to talk about it would be to admit that there is something very wrong in the culture and rather than point it out people just kept quiet. Until now. It is a horrible thing to do to a newborn and Americans were just lied to about it by people who for different reasons had an interest in making sure most American men were cut.

jeez,poor guy. I'd have tracked down those bastards and have them killed.However,this restoration idea intrigues me. I am one of many non consentual cicumcision receivers. =[ I never would have chosen to have that done in my right mind! It's wrong,unless it is needed due to medical problems.

Yes, I've even considered this for myself. However new nerve endings will never grow back, so while it aesthetically looks and functions like an uncircumcised penis (except for the ridge and the scar tissue, most people would not notice) the sensation is permanently lost.

If your fingernails had thousands of nerve endings and could never grow back, I would agree. Unfortunately that's not the case so it's a silly comparison.
