The US never said Iraq has nuclear weapons? The US said he had WMD's, which included chemical weapons which he did have at one point cause he used them on Iran, in addition to the fact france sold him machinary to make these weapons. You say 1 million Iraqis have died, im not sure what the exact figure is but most of the deaths are a direct result of the terrorists, just because a million died since the war, doesnt mean its fair to blame all the deaths on the US.
