I've focussed too much on push-ups these last years, only realizing now that my triceps are more developped than my biceps. Now I'm doing a lot of these :)

first of all dont do it every day, your muscle needs time to recover and grow, if you do it every day then you won't see as much progress as you should.Leave 1 day in between workouts.the reason why they look sculpted just after the workout is because they are engorged with blood and are pumped up. after you are finished they return to normal size.

Well I'd suggest consuming something rather than soymilk. Good lean high protein foods such as, Fish.. "tuna, Salmon, Talapia" and get a good amount of your carb's and fiber from vegetable's and fruit.

i just started lifting 20 pd dumbells 40 min a day 20 min on bi's and 20 min on tri's how long will it take to get results and why is after i workout my arms look slightly sculpted but an hour later they go back to normal i'm no fitnes person so sorry for the stupid questions

yea that sounds about right for 15 reps it should be about 3-5 sets

if your just starting dont over do it start with for 2-3 depending on you phyisical ability and if your really sore after 1 dont push it you will benifit more by not straining your yourself.
