wow thats amazing i have bin deep fat frying bacon for agesssss its well nice never had it in chicken fried batter though, just plain batter.and the legendary beer batter :)beer batter + bacon = Amazing try it sometime, good for parties as it is also nice eaten cold :) or go one step further and try that, but instead make your batter with vodka instead vodka batter bacon is pretty good :)i doubt you could get pissed off it but hey no harm in trying :P
