I just sincerely hope society does not have many of you.

Great Video. Keep up the good work.

pierre23ca, I agree with you. I've quit many jobs in the private sector, due to serious company ethics issues. It's certainly not easy; and not something I can explain to my family.

This video amuses. There is no such thing as business ethics. I am Pierre Johnson and work as a Venture Catalyst at Pier 23 in California. It is more profitable for me to treat my customers poorly even to cheat them (without thier knowledge of course) than it is to kowtow to them. My point is that 'ethical business' is not always relevant to maximizing profit (the goal of business) in populous areas as there are new customers around every corner. And I would rather be rich than fair.

In behalf of the Rotary Club of Paranaque-Sucat, I thank you for this video. This what the business sector and community should emulate here in this poverty-stricken country, the Philippines. WE have programs towards the same goal but so far have not been easy to achieve because of what you probably already know, and guess. -Rtn. Glenn A. Bautista, Director, International Service Group |
