Building a guitar part two. Thought I could polish up the resin to have a nice wooden finish on the back, with painted design on the front. Wood wasn't that nice in some places so I decided to paint the whole thing.Video shows sped up polishing, painting, masking and more painting. However stuff happens (to be revealed in next video, which leads me to SANDING and REPAINTING the guitar) so stay tuned...Part three to follow soon.Music by The Used - It's Hard To Say

completely sand it off with 60 to 80 grit sand paper and when its off... then sand the whole thing again till you get to the 220 grit or higher to your liking

i have an s101 les paul and it sux. can you give me some "detailed" instructions for getting the paint off.

if possible sand it down as much as you can, or atleast a bit so the paint has something to grip to, if you leave original paint you'll probably only get to use enamel, as acrylic won't stick to it. unless you get a special primer, talk to some guys in a car paint shop
