If you go to a state more than once, you could argue that you have been to that state twice. In other words, If he went to a *different* state every day for 57 days then even if he duplicated some trips he may have just been trying to communicate how many states he has been in. I doubt that monkey W. Bush you guys voted in last time can even count to 57 sequentially if you didn't hand him a Heinz 57 bottle which listed the ingredients.
