Well, I just sold my house in Tulsa OK. I used a Keller Agent. My house was listed for 43 day and boom a buyer, I am so happy, so I dont really know what the other folks are posting bad for, but I will only recommend Keller agents.

jbrown411- I think you missed the part where exit paid 6.6 times as much as kw like imindelaware said! Why are you guys STILL at 76,000 agents and exit is 10,000 bigger for the same time period? Its because kw agents are EXiTing to EXiT. Enjoy the ride down to the Weichert level.

I was a TL for KW and in over 3 years with 21 people on my downline I got under 5k of profit sharing. In EXIT I got over 7K in four months with only 2 people. That's the solid true!!! Profit regardless of how bad the OP or ALC decide to spend money!! Profit sharing the office must profit to share, EXIT reguardless what happen you will get 10% of the GCI of the people that you sponsored!! EXIT W/ NO ROYALTIES/Deskfees in the other hand KW 6% and desk fees. THIS IS NOT A BRAINER!!!! GO EXIT

KyleCRR,If Keller Williams Realty is as bad as you say, why are Yale and Stanford Universities doing case studies on the business model? Why did Inman News rate the company as one of the best? Why does RIS Media have numerous KW offices on the list of "Ones to Watch?" I regret thaat you had a bad experience. With the tone of your posts, I imagine you have a bad experience where ever you work. Success starts within. It is a choice.

I hate Keller Williams!, I was a well producing agent there for several years and they totally burned me... All the team leaders are a bunch of people who will step on ANYONE to "follow the Gary Keller way"... What a bunch of **it. IT IS DOG EAT DOG in the office!!! The team leaders don't care about sellers or buyers... RECRUITING is the ONLY thing Keller Williams wants.

What a shame! If you can't see the value in another company you should either explain why, or question why. Your input is outright stupid. I am a Keller Williams Agent and find this slander of Exit Realty to be out of KW Culture. If you are a KW Agent - Shame on you!

Simply put... Keller Williams is not a one trick pony! Profit share.. We got that! Most people never even utilize that opportunity. Most come for the capping, unparalled training and technology. As Moe Anderson put it, "they come for the money, they stay because of the culture." |
