Oh and by the way, its nice you guys have low crime rate...thats wonderful, but you know the greatest reason down thru history for owning guns and being armed is to deter tyranny in government...A short history lesson will show you that countries who fall fastest to tyranny are those with an unarmed people...Tyrants prefer unarmed victims, thats not my opinion; its historical fact...The right to bear arms has always been the defining difference between a citizen and a subject

Violence in cultures is not dictated by their availability of guns...It is dictated by a huge host of other things such as media and family unit cohesion & stability, racial divisions within the country which can lead to gang violence, etc to name a couple...If a culture is violent, it has problems, but guns are not it...EVERY credible study & statistic shows here in the US that when we disarm the ppl thru gun control, crime rate rises & more innocent ppl end up victims

You also asked why kids are able to get guns & go to their school & kill kids...They were able to do that bc/ they were evil people & no matter what they would have found a gun to commit their crime...NO gun control laws EVER could have stopped those ppl because gun control doesn't limit the supply of guns & it sure as heck doesnt deter criminals from deciding to get one...if gun control laws helped criminals decide not to get a gun bc/ of the law then they wouldn't be criminals in the 1st place
