ok bullshit stops here. first of all who cares which is better or blabla. its a question of taste. personally i prefer GNR. but that doesnt make u2 a bad band. they're also totally different. its like comparing the who to metallica. two totally different bands with different stories, different music and different greatness. end of story.

axl wasnt goign very hard on drugs comapred to the other members. but so what if they were fucked up? thats part of their image and also, which fuckin rockband hasnt been drinking or using drugs? thats like 1 out of 1000.

axl rose wasnt at all an addict. maybe he did some weed and drinkign back in the days but not so much that it bacame a habit, and he didnt at all use cocain or heroin or anything similar. and also he IS singing. he just released a new record.

Tho i dont say GnR bad band, they got good songs but they are fucked up in their head.Whole band was using drugs.Axl was doing cocaine, smoked weed, took opium (even during the recordings of Use Your Illusion and on tour).

bono is no genius, he's an arsehole. U2 hav been getting away with putting 2 or 3 good songs on every album for the last 20 years, theyre possibly the most over rated band in rock history
