Nation wide WCB plays dirty pool when it comes to back injuries. I have a lower leg crush injury and have to fight with them on a monthly basis. Keep asking for stuff, keep fighting for what you have. They will try and take everything from you if you let em.

"systematic misfiling" is when they're under orders to only help a certain number of people, and then the rest get shelved and ignored unless there's a convincing complain. It's standard in many government programs. |
