It's the owners responsibility to keep under control at all times, and to minimize the risks. Failing that, others might have to free him for that responsibility. Keep the dogs fenced in or on a leach, and they have nothing to fear from me. I will be more than happy to return a roaming dog lurking around childrens playground to the owner - with it's brain and some innards missing.

I don't care how "nice" these dogs are supposed to be. They have a well earned reputation as dangerous dogs. If you are going to own a pit-bull you need to know how to care for, control, and keep your dog well away from public contact, This includes girl scouts coming through your yard selling cookies.

You are so right with this vid. Pit bulls shouldn't be treated this way. If pit bulls have a owner, then it should be a very caring one and people shouldn't get a pit bull just to look tuff. People are such idiots sometimes, they don't even deserve to be in contact with dogs. Oh, and by the way it's a 9 year old child saying this stuff about pit bulls.
