The reason that the Japenese surrendered in WWII was because we dropped nuclear bombs on Hirosima and Nagasakia. If we wouldn't have done that, they would have fought us to the very last man. Did the British send B-24s off a carriar to bomb the japenese, no, they waited until they could send their planes off runways. Who is the coward now. Also have some deciency for POWs. If youve ever read Flyboys then you would know what they went through, its by the same author as Flags of our Fathers

Actually, the US's national anthem was written about the defence of Fort McHenry during the battle of 1812. I'd try a little research. ;) The USA hasn't created much gvmt wise, but when it comes to technology, the US is one of the leading. And for a country so young, the US has come quite far. Even Britain's military uses quite a few US weapons. How about WWII? US saved your arse. A little brush up on US history wouldn't hurt you too much USArCOWARDS, might help your ignorance some.
