Chuck and Bob were originally only to be a temporary characters but since the audience loved them so much they kept them through the entire show.

i remember watching this episode when i was in High School, Soap was always funny but when the puppet join the cast it got hilarious.

"Way too much of Chester, not enough of Bob "Man, you said it. It got frustrating near the end to watch Soap for my Chuck/Bob fix and get the kidney transplant storyline, the brain damage (?) storyline, etc. etc. etc....Ah well - thank goodness for YouTube!

Soap is fantastic. I adored it when I was a kid and having finally snapped them up on dvd I'm delighted to report it's as awesome as ever. Chuck and Bob are LEGENDS. LOL |
