I hope to enlighten you both. We are in new era of time now. We all live our lives in present and looking for better future. It hard for us to accept reality sometimes. When French interfered with Cambodia over 90 years, we lost 13 provinces to Viet as we all knew. This took place either in 1942 or 1943. Our country ever since spiral down hell. We could only hope for a new body of government will emerge and make a better country. We all can make changes through Voting process.

The ecthnic notion is not considered as absolutes conditions to recognize someone belonging to a country, but the nationality. You are Khmer, you belong to America by territory law, not by blood law, in USA as in Canada or in evrey democratic countries. Why not in Cambodia ? You can observe what democratic gouvernment (USA for example).

I'm tired to debate with you about this subject. It not necesssary to continue because no solution. I only want you to be realist and, please, to be strong for looking at the truth. For the khmer invasion. in the past Khmer (empire) have attacked Champa. VN and Khmer and Thai talk what they want about territory. So now the borders between our country are recognized by the international law.
