I think he is saying that all political parties can have hidden agendas, are subject to corruption, and can be evil, no matter what propaganda (the happy face) they cover it up with. Remember that the Chinese leftists killed millions of their people just like the German right-wingers did. If anything, this is a Libertarian anthem.
