Im currently studying communism and marx in philosophy. Yes marxism is a form of communism. Marx said himself "I am not a marxist". Socialism and communism are often used interchangeably, but the problem with that is that they ARENT the same thing. Some people seem to think socialism is a watered down version of communism but its not. I did not say that socialism is that messed up. I said COMMUNISM is fecked up.
