From what I've read online & in Youtube comments, this cutie is Andy Locke & this was filmed somewhere in England. I forget where but I think it was in one of the comments of one of the Edison Lighthouse videos. Sadly, he & the others in here are not the originals but another group hired by the song writers to become Edison Lighthouse when the real group quit singing. And these guys are lipsynching to the real ones. Ya'll need to check out the videos of the real ones. They are even cuter! :)
