Kings of Leon toured with Bob Dylan, Pearl Jam and U2, of course their music is going to GROW *not change) a bit as time and experiences go by...duh, who wants to put out 10 of the same record? I love the first as the last and will love KOL till the end of time when we're all singing in heaven :D

Old or new fans, who cares everyone should enjoy their music. It has such a honest sound to it. its something you dont hear from other bands...ever.

So your saying because a bands initial record did not "skyrocketed them to success" they are selling out when the change their sound??And if they are selling out, who do they sound like?? Who are they copying? I thing their music is still something new... how can you hate that?I hate to see bands stuck in a cycle, constantly playing the same songs over and over with different lyrics... I'm happy to see KOL do what every good band does, and evolve...

This band has not sold out, although the video for Use Somebody doesnt help my point, they said in an interview they were sick of worse bands getting all the recognition and radio play so they made a more polished record, opposed to recording live, its true that has ment some of thier originality has been lost but now theyve reached more poeple and can carry on making records which is only ever good (Y)

Nah dude.If their initial sound and image had skyrocketed them to success, i'd be so happy for them.I just don't believe in abandoning everything that made you special to make a quick buck.
