@saxiv slightly confused but touching your chest works your muscles more thoroughly breaks down more fibers compared to only going partly down.

@maxusbh Hes on steroids lol jk at 14 thats alot is that with a bench shirt because my friend just turned 16 and he maxed 405 w/ a shirt he decided not to bench anymore wait so he doesn't get to large of muscles

@saxiv that's different from person to person .. if you're not feeling any pain in your shoulders, you can of course touch the chest with the bar, you've got to try it out, what works best for you ;)
